Join us at Little Golden Fox for an unforgettable 3 night, 4 day creative retreat in beautiful Madison, Indiana, featuring Bethany McCue of Craft With Bethany. Frost & Fired is designed to be beginner friendly while still skill enhancing, welcoming everyone from newer quilters to seasoned stitchers who want a fun weekend to create, connect, and unwind.

Retreat Highlights:

Main Quilt Project:
Create Bethany’s original quilt design, Frost Yourself, a beautiful quilt pattern created especially for this retreat. Each attendee will receive one quilt pattern, with three colorway options available: Frost Blues, Sunset, and Fall. This hands-on project is a wonderful way to build your quilting skills while making a stunning piece designed by Bethany McCue of Craft With Bethany. You will be given pattern requirements and will provide your own fabrics.

Pottery Experience:

Enjoy a pottery painting class where you will paint a Quilt Block Mug or Quilt themed Pottery Piece of your choosing using paints and glaze. Each attendee will create one pottery piece, making it the perfect fired clay companion to your Frost Yourself quilt project. Additional pieces can be purchased and painted.

Free Sew Time:
Bring your personal sewing projects and enjoy dedicated free sew time each evening in our cozy creative space.

Your Retreat Includes:

Comfortable Lodging:
3 nights and 4 days of Airbnb accommodations within walking distance of Little Golden Fox in beautiful Madison, Indiana.

Delicious Meals:
Thursday night heavy appetizers and dessert. Enjoy brunch and dinner Friday and Saturday each day, pre-planned and prepared by our host, Cara Fox of Little Golden Fox.

Project Supplies:
One Frost Yourself quilt pattern per person, with three colorway options available: Frost Blues, Sunset, and Fall. You will provide your own fabrics.

Pottery Experience:
One Quilt Block Mug or Quilt Themed pottery piece per person, including paints and glaze.

Swag Bag:
Full of sewing and creative themed goodies you will love. Also you will recieve 10% off all purchases at Little Golden Fox.

Personalized Instruction:
Hands-on teaching and support from Bethany McCue of Craft With Bethany throughout the retreat.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

A sewing machine, plus your power cord and foot pedal

Basic sewing supplies: scissors, thread snips, pins or clips, seam ripper, small ruler or measuring tape, marking pen or pencil, and any favorite tools you always reach for

Thread and extra needles, because backups are always helpful

Any personal projects you would like to work on during free sew time, including fabric, patterns, notions, or works in progress
